Prerequisites

We ask that you have a basic understanding of Agile before the course starts. If this is new please read at least ”Kanban and Scrum, making the most of both”.

Certificate

The accredited training means that both the trainer and the material has been accredited/verified for quality Kanban training. Participants will receive a certificate of completion (for participating in accredited training) and get their name listed at the LKU webbsite.

Biography

Mattias Skarin is an experienced kanban practitioner and trainer. He has used kanban to improve everyday life in scenarios stretching from full value stream, development, operations and support. He is co author to the book “Kanban and Scrum – making the most of both” and has compiled 10 Kanban board examples used from sales to support. Mattias is an experienced speaker and was one of the Brickell Key award nominees at the Lean Software and Systems conference 2011.
